ParentChild4SA is a simple structure organization in San Antonio,Texas, that advocates for the implementation of more written laws that favor parents’ rights over their children’s education, as well as,advocating for less government interference between the parent-child relationship.
MISSION
ParentChild4SA is on a mission to stop government entities and political organizations from creating, adopting, and then implementing new policies in the education system that would influence children with a negative immoral political agenda. ParentChild4SA would like to accomplish its mission in the City of San Antonio, Texas, by implementing local laws that do NOT conflict with state laws through a proposed charter initiative.

Ray Adam Basaldua is a Civil Rights Activists who fights to enact the rule of law for children’s civil rights.
INITIATIVE
PURPOSE OF INITIATIVE: To stop the government from interfering with the sacred parent-child relationship in education prior to five years of age.
INITIATIVE: While there are no laws in place over education from birth to five years of age in the State of Texas. ParentChild4SA is proposing that we give parents the legal authority over their child’s education from birth to five years of age in the City of San Antonio, Texas.

In the near future ParentChild4SA will start reaching out to like-minded individuals to collect signatures for the following proposed City Charter initiative in San Antonio, Texas. This is NOT a perfected initiative, just a rough draft.
